Investigate and Correct Faulty Data Matching Software at Centrelink and ATO

Investigate and nullify erroneous debt notifications via Centrelink's recently installed faulty software, which in conjunction with ATO has been averaging/estimating over the year, when in reality there has been no income to report in most cases. Which amounts to Human Rights abuse and possible fraud perpetrated on many citizens of Australia by our own government and Department of Human Services.
Reinstate humans at Centrelink to investigate and assess properly and not rely on glitch ridden software to revenue raise upon the vulnerable people just trying to get by and find work only to be penalised for filling in a tax return when they do get work.
On behalf of everyone affected by these terrible mistakes, I demand a complete investigation by a neutral non governmental agency and overhaul of Centrelink and Job Search Agencies. Privatisation, outsourcing and giving unconstitutional powers to debt collection and job agencies needs to be outlawed permanently.

Why is this important?

My name is Sandra Bonney and I care about justice for all. There have been times when I've had to apply for Social Security, such as when I was made redundant from my job in 2011. I remember the date as it was my deceased mothers birthday 7th April. Centrelink assert that I did not report my earnings from this date until 18/5/2011 and have sent my details to Dun and Bradstreet before even consulting me personally. Which was how I found out about this supposed debt. How could I have reported earnings when I did not have a job? That is the time I was unemployed from! I did not go straight into employment. I have since appealed via Centrelink contact page with facts and provided a link to a story in a local newspaper concerning the redundancy as it was pretty big local news at the time. Forty local people lost their jobs to 457 visa workers at that time. I have spoken to a Centrelink consultant concerning my appeal, he tells me I have a good chance of beating this debt. I hope so but am yet to hear back of a result. The magnitude of the amount of people caught up in this government scandal is getting to be quite overwhelming.
We need to stand firm here and not be let ourselves be criminalised. I refuse to believe the 20,000 people per week being issued debt notices by this faulty software are guilty criminals!
I want an independent mathematician to calculate, add up or find the amount paid by Centrelink and match it to the supposed over payments in any given year or time period.
The supposed amount they wish to ‘recover’ may be more than the actual amount paid?
It's not fair to institute this kind of penalty when the actual reporting system makes it very difficult to report concise earnings, especially if you are one of the many casual workers out there who don't have a regular constant income stream. In some cases you have to guesstimate your earnings because the reporting time frame does not match up with your pay cycle. Once you could and they changed it, why?
Please sign and share if any of this resonates with you.
Thank you
Sandra
