Mental Health State Wide Stop Work!

UPDATE
Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, we are gathering in stop work action at key sites across Victoria. Contact organiser James McWhinney at [email protected] to find out what's happening near you!

12 MONTHS IS TOO LONG.
It's been over a year since the public mental health EBA has expired. The Victorian Government is ignoring mental health workers — HACSU members will be meeting for a STATE WIDE STOP WORK MEETING in Melbourne on August 4.
Join your fellow HACSU members to send a message to the State Government that mental health matters!
After a BBQ and members' meeting at Trades Hall, HACSU will march on Parliament where both houses will be sitting. We're sending a message to Premier Dan Andrews, Mental Health Minister James Merlino and Treasurer Tim Pallas that mental health workers are tired of being taken for granted.
This is your action. Your EBA. Your workplace — and your future.
We need HACSU members from across the state to stand together on August 4th.
-----
Reminder of Stop-Work Timings (as notified to the employers)
12-2PM for all sites: Albury Wodonga, Alfred, Austin, Ballarat, Barwon, Bendigo, Eastern, Forensicare, Goulburn Valley, Latrobe, Melbourne, Mercy, Peninsula, South West and St Vincent's
