I worked at grill'd for 2 and a half years between the age of 18 and 20 and the highest rate of pay I received was $15.50 per hour. (Melbourne central and chapel st). I only received my cert III qualification and RSA at the END of my employment after demanding it through numerous emails. Not only that, I had 83 hours of annual leave saved up and it took two months after I had quit to receive it. Absolute worst company to work for.
