Our Leave is not a KPI

Reason for signing

  • leave management needs to be responsibility of both people leaders and each staff. It is important that we all take active effort in managing our work/life balance so i don't see the need to use it a performance measure. A performance measure is how you perform your duties in the workplace and it doesn't make sense that is used as a metric for your performance. especially as you are not at work performing your normal duties when you are on leave so it doesn't impact your performance at work.
