Stop Trimesters at Adelaide Uni

Adelaide Uni is currently considering sweeping changes to the trimester model. Trimesters are bad for students and bad for staff. Everywhere they are implemented, it is about making our education more cheap and efficient from a "business perspective." We reject this. Trimesters mean course content crammed into shorter periods, overworked staff, and stressed students.

Why is this important?

Trimesters were recently implemented at UNSW. They have very quickly become widely unpopular among students and staff who realise Universities are increasingly becoming degree factories, churning out shoddy products. Now thousands are protesting to reverse the change. We need to stop trimesters at Adelaide Uni before they move from discussing to implementing them!
